Tim, Thank you for your help. I should have looked in the KB before, but since I did´d remember of any previous occurrence in the reflector I just skipped it and asked directly. Taking in account the work that means compiling and maintaining this resource and the amount of useful information

Check the buffer size in the Firewire control panel and make sure it is the same as what is configured in the PowerSDR Setup->Audio tab. Also make sure the Firewire operation mode is SafeMode 1. Also try lowering the sampling rate. If that doesn't do it, create a new database. -Tim --- W4T

I installed SDR V 1.18.0 along with 1.3.0.0 firmware and 3.4.0.4877 for use with my 5000A and notice it locks up , loose audio and scree freeze up, often when I open or close or make adjustments to screen size on other unrelated programs. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks ?Fred W1FC
