I didn't know the FLEX-5000 is always in full duplex mode. Guess some things are best learned here :) So far MacDoppler seems to be running PowerSDR like its a TS2000, which I think it should. UHF is set to VFO A, RX1 and VHF set to VFO B, with RX2 on for most of the sats, SO51, SO50, SO27...

No, you have to "emulate" a Kenwood TX-2000. I seriously doubt they will support PowerSDR CAT unless someone has some major influence with the developers. Also, PowerSDR does not have a "satellite mode" yet, so you have to be a bit careful how you set up CAT for the Doppler correction/CAT soft
