Cycle the power to the radio, then hold the Left Shift key, while starting
PowerSDR. This should reset the database , and should correct your
issue.. You will need to restart PSDR once you do this and it should
re-read your EEPROM from the radio into the new database..

Things I've done to try solving issue:
Start and Stop radio.
Reboot computer.
Try and older version of Flex.
