Trying to do "over the air" quick record.
I get window that says it was recorded.
I key the mike and hit play.
I do not hear any audio and no sign of RF out . I do see the panafall go to
gray and shows no sign of modulation.
As soon as the recorded time ends I hear the feedback of the audio from

Thanks for the PDF link Dale
One keyboard & mouse shortcut I use is when changing between the
memories on the bands (blue band change buttons) is to hold the shift
key down and it will reverse the order. Good for going back and forth
from one spot to the next on the same band. I like the add
Fred,
You must have missed the part where I said that I kept up with SEVERAL
ham radio list as well as several model train list. Digest mode is the

Well I must have something set wrong on Thunderbird. I keep up with
several ham radio list as well as model train list and if I don't use
digest mode I'm greeted with anywhere from 300 to 500 emails when I get
home from work everyday.
Only way I ever found to manage it was digest mode.

Oh I agree with 'sometimes'. Some of the big gun DX stations, though, are very
well-mannered especially with weaker signals. I really admire good operators
and some of those guys are really first class.
I don't ever hear a weak signal trying to bull around the frequencies. No one

You just have to be patient and listen to the flow. I've worked plenty in

Of course, my objective is to just work 'em. I don't care about being first or

Actually, I lay the bulk of this problem at the feet of the "digest"
option. It means that, you get many messages as a single email message and
when you press the reply button, you get many messages included in your
reply. Given that every current mail user application (MUA) "threads"

What Rod has suggested is good reflector etiquette. This stated as such
in the FlexRadio Reflector Rules and Guidelines that everyone implicitly
accepted when you joined the reflector. A quick refresher might be
