Make sure you did not change the Text Size setting to anything other than
the default in Windows. Some people who buy larger resolution monitors will
increase the text size so they can read text better and it screws up the
display of PowerSDR!

I directly compared 1RPM drives with SSDs and there is no comparison.
You can feel a difference between 7200RPM and 10KRPM drives but I ultimately
decided I didn't think they justified the premium price. I haven't
purchased a 15KRPM but I don't think it will matter. \\The SSDs
yet functional as possible.

Its no different than with the SDR1K, if you know anything about that.
You need the N8VB virtual commport driver and define a comm port
pair, assign one of the pair as the cat port in PowerSDR, then the
other to HRD. It works very well.

I have been trying to do the xmit rejection calibration and not
having much success. I click on the test tone transmit button, click
Mox (while in USB), set xmit drive to max into a dummy load and
listen on the same freq. on another rig. If I tune
unwanted sidebands thru my Acom amp (hence why I
just decided to do the calibration).

If you go to the settings folder from the Start menu, click on Sounds
and then select the VAC channels as your default audio player and
recorder, it should be okay. Thats the only way to get programs that
do not allow selection of audio devices to work with VAC.
