I received my 5000A Tuesday 13th and it received fine for about 4 hours. Then it failed. After two calls and a couple of emails the problem is not resolved.
No one appears to be answering the service line (Thursday) and at least 2 email attempts haven't been answered as yet. My unit will not pass the built in production tests.
