Note that spur reduction also causes an error in the frequency conveyed to CWSkimmer so if you use CWSkimmer and want it to accurately display and set frequency you MUST turn spur reduction OFF. If this causes some tuning latency it's not apparent to me (I click tune and do not use a tuning

Now if we can figure out what’s causing my FlexKnob to lag when used with my 3000 (on a I7-quad core computer running 2% CPU) and works flawlessly with my 1500 I’d be mighty grateful. I’ve ripped out everything in device manager and moved the ports around as well as changing the fifo buffer
