Note that spur reduction also causes an error in the frequency conveyed
to CWSkimmer so if you use CWSkimmer and want it to accurately display
and set frequency you MUST turn spur reduction OFF. If this causes some
tuning latency it's not apparent to me (I click tune and do not use a
tuning

Remember that you will not see the panadapter move when you do fast tuning
via the flexcontrol/mouse wheel when spur reduction is off. Could you just
be seeing that?
