Received my new SDR today. Wonderful rx. Having trouble with my tx though. I
got the rx cal'd all ok. The tx cal's ok also. On my wattmeter it shows from 50
to 60 w while doing the tx cal. When I go to transmit I listen on another
receiver. I here a very loud white noise that gets lower with the

Not to question your troubleshooting, however I assume you have
pressed the "Standby" button on the console (upper left) to turn the
console/rig on? What you describe sounds just how the rig would
behave if it were still in "Standby" mode. The switch on the box

Hello.. Just got my sdr-1000 the other day.. and got a new
computer(3.3ghz cel d 1gbram) all up and running with a delta 44 card
.. i hooked all the stuff together and nothing...
I cannot get any response from the radio.. the relays never click..
the power switch lites up...
