Thanks to the crew at Flex-Radio for a smooth upgrade!
I've installed PSDR 2.0.22 on both a Win7 box and an XP Pro box and have run a
1500 on each.
On the XP Pro box the 1500 is joined with a 2M-10M transverter (on the XVTR
common port) as well as an HF antenna on the main antenna port.
What do people think of NR on version 2.0.22?
When I turn NR on my rx audio crackles. I the previous version was much
better on my PC. I think its a disaster. Any suggestions before I
revert back?
(My PC... Asus M4A89TD Pro / USB3 with Athlon II 3Ghz CPU, Win7x64, 4GB
Ram. Radio FLX3000)
Just the opposite here ... NR good in 2.0.22 but bad before.

I have to use 2048 buffers to stop the crackling. And much more CPU
load; and 35% avg. Whereas previous version I could use 512 and have
about 18% load nominally.
I will give it a go for a night but will revert back.
Dave.

In SetUp/DSP reduce the Delay setting down towards 20. I have mine at 15 and
that seems to be the best for mebut in my location the noise levels
change from time to time and band to band. So depending on what I see for
levels I will adjust the DELAY accoordingly.
I wish there a NR slider

Hello Dennis -
I found (On Win7) that if you have the font size greater that 100%, the
display of the Flex is distorted, on startup. Simply go to
setupappearanceSkins, and re-select the one you want
Never mind previous question, found the answer in the release notes.
Install went smooth as butter, but I should have done a data transfer first.
Also, I forgot to reboot after the new driver install. But it seems
to be OK anyway. Guess I lucked out.
