When I started running SDR-X ver 1.9.0 1168, I noticed that the noise
blankers and noise reduction features effectiveness had been significantly
reduced or eliminated as compared to the original ver 1.8.0. that I

Just updated and tried SVN 1130 of SDR-X. There is little or no carrier
in AM mode. Previous version was OK.
Regular PowerSDR alpha SVN 1130 is OK.

Dave and I completely agree on this. There are practically no rigs (go
check the ARRL reviews) which have preamps/front ends which which
provide MDS of the type needed for six meters which also exhibit a
seriously positive IP3 and > 80 dB dynamic range. I use these numbers
on purpose. With
