Is there a file that someone may have made up to program the Shuttle's program

I think the best way to achieve what you're trying to do is to 'export'
your settings to a file. Then, others can 'import' them.

The 5000 is a box that talks to PowerSDR so I am not sure the concept
of a 5000-specific file will work. The only way to talk with a 5000 is
with PowerSDR so you need to figure out what functions you would like
the shuttle to control and the command/ctrl key combination to effect
it!
