[Flexradio] Tech Support - Not answering the phone

Uh-Oh! 2 day old Flex 5000A frequency calibration is suddenly off exactly 400Hz and I can't get anyone on the phone at Flex technical support. Not busy, just not answering. Don't you just hate it when that happens? I left a message I have re-installed the firmware and tried
