or not. Maybe they will display enough info to cut-and-paste for EricW
at Flex. Give them a try and see if one of them identifies the lost
connection at the time it happens:

There are more than one protocol for USB. It's actually been around for over
ten (10) years. Perhaps we need to take a good look to see if differences among
them make a difference here. One thing I would suggest it to go the the control
panel and install the USB hub and related software then
