That was it! I changed from VAC as the default system sound card and it now operates. Changed the system sound card default to another card system on my pc, and suddenly there is the waterfall from VAC. This will work fine for Mix and DM790 and most other pgms, won't work for WSJT program though. WJST does not have a way to choose the VAC cables over the system default. WSJT goes with the default. Oh well, this will be fine for now.
