Not really,
FG_GLUT_H is defined by configure to get glut.h from the proper place.
This file can be found in GL/glut.h in some platforms an in GLUT/glut.h
on others (if I recall it correctly).
So I guess you should make sure you have at least a fairly recent copy
of configure.ac and run
