Blimey! What a wierd combination of effects. On Windows ME its nearly the same: just
"start .\notepad" is different.
C:\>ver
Windows Millennium [Version 4.90.3000]
C:\>start /m notepad
-- notepad started minimized
C:\>start .\notepad
Cannot find file '.\notepad' (or one of its components)

AFAIK 'start /m' is supported on all Win32 systems

This patch plays the intro music on CygWin (I've tested) but I don't know whether it
will work on non-CygWin Windows - see note on "cygpath -w" below.
