This dosn't work anymore at the moment. The FGEngine
constructor in JSBSim contains running = false.

I have a older (chipper) version of RivaTNT2 with 64bit address bus
(TNT2M64), over clocked to 155/155MHz. I got framerates about 8..15fps.
Yesterday I found that the streaming mechanism for debugging messages is
enabled in sources and the widows binaries ( I'm using
