The recent 3D work is absolutely lovely.

With Jim's view manager work, can we re-instate the F5-F8 keys so that they move the
pilot's head up/down/left/right relative to the airframe? The effect would be
equivalent to the old 2D panel moving around the screen. In particular, moving the
pilot's head up would have the same effect as moving the panel down the screen to
expose more view of the ground. This is pretty essential to me.

Actually, the up/down is most important. Forward/backward would be the next most
useful: it would be a bit like the "zoom" function (keys x/X) but would have the
effect of zooming in on the panel without noticeably changing the view through the
window. Moving the head left/right is not very important in my opinion, but should be
available.

In fact, all six degrees of freedom should be available but not necessarily bound to
convenient keys by default. All six should be available from the View menu, though,
and the menu and keyboard adjustments should be usable in both "pilot" and "spotter"
view modes. I hope this will all be easy with the new code.
