I see that in all the -set.xml files we specify if the FlightGear sound system should be audible or not. This seems backwards too me. Why should an aircraft configuration be able to specify if I hear sound in FlightGear or not? I'm going to remove these because this doesn't seem like a useful/right thing to do. The user can specify if they want flightgear to play sound or not via the preferences.xml file or command line.

We should also build a sound config dialog box as well ... any volunteers? I'm imagining something that looks sort of like:

Enable Sound [x]
Volume [<-----------------x--->]

Sound can be enable/disabled by setting /sim/sound/pause to true/false
Volume can be adjusted by setting /sim/sound/volume to a value of 0.0 - 1.0
