looks like toolsoptionsdialog.cpp does not know anything about
wxNotebookSizer. That one comes from wxwidgets.
- wxwidgets installed?
- header files in include path?
Googleing for wxNotebookSizer finds some pages saying this class is
deprecated. Maybe it has been removed in the latest
