fgfs does now emit a "signal" when the FDM has been initialized. This can be used to initialize code that depends on the FDM.
setlistener("/sim/signals/fdm-initialized", func { ... stuff that depends on the FDM ... }); This is preferable to setttimer(func { ...}, 0) in many cases. It helps to avoid Nasal errors that only happen on some installations, because the FDM is finished a tiny bit later there. (I'm not sure why this happens, but it could depend on the amount of installed scenery or scenery objects, number of Nasal scripts or something.)
