FWIW, I just added a copy of this file into the world scenery repository, as
Airports/T/X/K/TXKF.groundnet.xml, since that is the location that we
ultimately want to store everything containing scenery related geometry
information.
I'm still in the process of converting my own ground networks, so the new
location isn't activated by default yet.
