Thanks Brian and Stefan, Adding -ldl in screen Makefile.am did allow SimGear-2.0.0 to compile, but then Atlas compile failed. I actually succeeded compiling Atlas using the current git simgear. There is an issue with current Atlas. If I close Atlas by clicking the X to close the window,
