I've packaged up the latest JSBSim code into 0.9.10 (Pre-v1.0). It is available in the Files section of www.sf.net/projects/jsbsim.
There are executables built for several versions of Linux: i386, PPC, AMD64. There is a Win32 executable. Simplot is available there for Win32. The source archive is also there for all platforms.
