Would it be possible to sync JSBSim and flightgear?

There are a couple of changes to JSBSim I'd like to get into the next
flightgear:

New tags for the piston engine model:
 <boost-loss-factor>
   Allows a power penalty for boosting manifold pressure. This can be adjusted
   at run-time by changing the boostloss-factor property

   Associated properties:
     propulsion/engine[*]/boostloss-factor
     propulsion/engine[*]/boostloss-hp (read only)

 <man-press-lag>
   This tag will allow the engine's manifold pressure to change faster
   (or slower) than it currently does.

 <starter-rpm>
 <starter-torque>
    These two tags control the starter motor. Starter-torque is the 0 RPM
    twisting force and starter-rpm is where the RPM where the starter motor
    ceases to produce power.

   Associated properties:
     propulsion/engine[*]/starter-norm
        This property can be set to 0 to disable the starter motor, or set to
        a value to simulate a low battery or a booster cart.

Finally, I exposed an extra property:
  propulsion/engine[*]/friction-hp

This can be set to a high value to 'seize' an piston engine.

Thanks,

Ron
