If you compiled the utilities, you should have a program called
osgviewer. That would make a good test.

Good suggestion. Try running osgviewer model_name where model_name is
some 3d model (.ac or .osg, etc.) from the FlightGear data tree.

Interesting, I am also getting the blue screen and unusable display,
but on Linux with Nivida, and only after compiling the OSG-CVS.
It never happened with any of the earlier Plib versions.
Worse, adding --bpp=32 to the command line does not help.
I'm going to need help in figuring this one
