The tower camera tracks the fdm-controlled a/c, so poking around there might help you point it at some other object; you might need to muck around with the zoom so you could always see the a/c, though, which, AFAIK, the tower view won't do. [Flightgear-devel] Tracking camera
Does FlightGear have a "tracking camera" view at this time? What I am getting at is this: say I have a vehicle that I want to fly in a scripted manner. Can I select a camera that will automatically track the vehicle as it flies?
