Yes, by the Cygwin people (allegedly - after a brief burst of enthusiasm it seems to have gone a bit dead). We hope for great things. Not by us - everything that can be usefully done has been. Make sure that you only load the scenery you actually need, or make a coffee while you wait. (I take the latter course).
