Change it to
simgear/misc/sgstream.hxx
All the fg* names have changed to sg* names as stuff got shifted from
Flightgear to Terragear, but whatever version of Terragear you're using
seems to be lagging the current flight/simgear. I'd personally recommend
using cvs Terragear - releases seem to be quite spaced.
