I agree with you. However, when I tried to fix this once I discovered that
the help text resides in the base package. The program can't find it if it
doesn't know FG_ROOT!
I propose that we move the help text to the core program to prevent this
situation. If not the full help text, at least an abbreviated help
explaining the importance of FG_ROOT and how to set --fg-root.What do
others think?
