Regards, -Fred I had no luck with Cmake and VC100 (see earlier posts). Everything compiled, but Fg failed to link. The easiest is to use the VC90 .sln file which VC100 is quite happy to convert. However your project will need hand patching every time that source files are added (or deleted) in git. I changed quite a few things, so am unable to say exactly what had gone wrong. The important bit is that now it works.
