The new Summer 2006 issue of the JSBSim Newsletter, Back of the Envelope
has been posted at the JSBSim web site (www.jsbsim.org). Click on the
Newsletter Link at the left side of the page. This is arguably the biggest

The Spring 2006 JSBSim newsletter has been posted. See the JSBSim web site
at www.jsbsim.org. Select the newsletter link at top.

In this issue:

Agostino De Marco discusses a complete 6DoF simulation facility, built at
the University of Naples Federico II, which is driven by FlightGear and
JSBSim.

Sam Heyman (University of Bristol) discusses his use of Matlab/Simulink and
FlightGear/JSBSim in developing control laws for the Manta UAV.

There are also articles on using Gnuplot with JSBSim, and a preview of a
coming paper on Aerodynamics using JSBSim.
