Me too , i have many segfaults . My context :
  - Phenom 9750 Quad-Core / GeForce 8800 GT
  - linux 2.6.25  ( x86_64 )
  - OpenSceneGraph-2.6.0 
  - plib-svn
  - SimGear-cvs
  - Flightgear-cvs

Some times I can not play , because i segfault always .

By my count there are over 5450 Use of global in material animation
is no longer supported messages.  I say over because there are some
corrupted messages:
line 1009: Use of global in material aniUse of global in material animation 
is no longer supported
line 1768: Use ofUse of global in material animation is no longer supported
line 4713: Use of global inUse of global in material animation is no longer 
supported
line 4990: Use of globalUse of global in material animation is no longer 
supported

I did not see a segfault.  fgfs dated  Aug 18 01:24
