i got a virus from a file heiko sent (hopefully unwittingly) i managed to clean my computer and according to all test, i'm virus free however, i have lost all my jpeg/jpg files and several mp3s due to the virus overwriting them as .vbs files i have lost a lot (i mean a really big lot) of work.
