Otra vez las comidas picantes, la picazón del alma y esa alegría sin límites de los mexicanos...por lo menos trata de hacer bien las cosas y no como en los últimos viajes en que fuiste requerido por la justicia de varios países europeos. No tienes vergüenza... Por lo menos las mexicanas ya te conocen y saben que, contigo, no ocurre nada! Por favor...no lo inviten más...Our dear hero goes us for Mexico City for the next 20 days in order to participate in the Journeys of Latin American Peformance in the Ex-Teresa Actual and in Performagia in the Museum of the Chopo. Again the spicy foods, the itch of the soul and that happiness without limits of the Mexicans...daring person, try to make the things well and not like in the last journeys in that you was required for the justice of several european countries. RE: FLUXLIST: Fwd: What a shame! What a terrible shame!!!!
GB should not be underestimated. He got to be president exactly because so many people were so quick to underestimate him. What he says may not make any sense, but in the age of intermedia (how 'bout that Fluxus tie-in?) he says things in ways that appeal to a majority of US voters. Not that I want to depress the American Fluxlisters any more than they already are, but we need to be as frightened of the "average American" as we are of GB. America is full of kooks, but not many of them are clever enough to be elected to the White House. And like they say in the ad biz, "nobody ever lost a sale by underestimating the intelligence of the typical consumer." And he achieves these effects off the cuff!We are left in the dust...John Subject: Fwd: Be afraid, be very afraid If you aren't already. Sent: Thursday, May 5, 2005 8:57 PM The man speaks for himself! The President explains the virtues of his Social Security plan - WOMAN IN AUDIENCE: I don't really understand. How is it the new [Social Security] plan is going to fix that problem? Verbatim response: note what the idiot is saying--or rather, what it is not capable of saying. This certainly demonstrates a total lack of any ability to speak clearly. This is just one example of why educated people the world over have nothing but contempt for bush the idiot and why the rest of the country is tarred by the same brush. how people could be proud of this idiot, how they could have voted for this idiot, is beyond any comprehension. Read and weep at how stupid he is. Can there be any doubt that there is someone behind the scenes who is really running our country? PRESIDENT BUSH: Because the -- all which is on the table begins to address the big cost drivers. For example, how benefits are calculated, for example, is on the table. Whether or not benefits rise based upon wage increases or price increases. There's a series of parts of the formula that are being considered. And when you couple that, those different cost drivers, affecting those -- changing those with personal accounts, the idea is to get what has been promised more likely to be -- or closer delivered to that has been promised. Does that make any sense to you? It's kind of muddled. Look, there's a series of things that cause the -- like, for example, benefits are calculated based upon the increase of wages, as opposed to the increase of prices. Some have suggested that we calculate -- the benefits will rise based upon inflation, as opposed to wage increases. There is a reform that would help solve the red if that were put into effect. In other words, how fast benefits grow, how fast the promised benefits grow, if those -- if that growth is affected, it will help on the red. Jean Anthropology 2-4149 Geoffrey D.
