georg
unfortunately, due to a business dinner (organised by italians!) i
missed
the game.
however i did get to eat really well and as for the wine (we went
to the
same place today for a staff lunch -oh cruel fate...etc etc.)
commiserations to the swiss
well, there IS a connection between fluxus and football. after all, a
team is called elf in german. that would be eleven. they use this
term because ELEVEN players of each team are ment to be on the field!
bravely, the swiss have smashed tradition for the second time in only
four days, boldly
---yes, or we could call it Fluxball or maybe
Footus? where each players has a ball on elastic and
has to dribble the ball into their own goal whilst
eating a bar of Swiss chocolate.
I think England were very lucky to win tonight
despite the terrible heat and valiant Switzerland
having only ten
