No one from VPRI submitted a paper to C5 this year as the work done to
date on STEPS is (still very low-level/high technical) and therefore
not yet relevant to the C5 conference topics or general C5 audience.
I can tell you that Alan Kay has accepted an invitation to give the
keynote talk at ED-MEDIA 2012, next June in Colorado:

Although his talk here will be addressed to educators and not super-
technical/CS types.
Will try to remember to share with the list when relevant talks are
given.
