Did the syntax for calling fop from the command line change, is it documented anywhere. I use Makefiles to assemble my documents and it would be nice to know of those changes before they happen - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Re: Bug in SCG Path
This is actually a bug with batik or more likely jdk. It has been fixed in a more recent version, try 0.20.2 that comes with a fixed batik. Merge PDF files
Hi, I want to merge PDF files in batch mode. How to do it? Is there any tool for doing it if that cannot be done directly from apache fop? Thanks Regards Nagaraja Rao - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
AW: Merge PDF files
Hi! Apache fop can't merge pdf files. PdfLib can do it and we are using it for this. It can be found on: http://www.pdflib.com. It is commercial. Re: using fop
On 2001.10.27 18:36 Bruno Polder wrote: hi to all i have a question in order to use fop to generate pdf files of my svg's: can anyone tell me how to generate the 'fo-objects-svg-file' from my normal svg-file? it seems that fop can't handel normal svgs but only fo-svgs (is that right?) Fop is used to format and render xsl fo into an output, eg. pdf. Batik is used to rasterize an svg document into and output, eg. png, jpg of pdf. If you have an svg file that you want to convert into a pdf document then you use the batik rasterizer to render to the mime type for pdf application/pdf. Since the rasterizing is actually done by code in fop you will need fop in your class path. You should visit the batik web site if you need any information about how to use the batik rasterizer. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
