If the image is the first one to be included, acrobat throws an error message about a missing image. If it is the second to be included, the image is rendered incorrectly. This bug only manifests itself when rendering to pdf; ps seems to be fine. I have attached all materials to reproduce the bug. (I didn't have time to re-build a new FOP from the CSV tree as my first try with the latest FOP trunk produced lots of errors during building FOP.
