I'm learning to write extensions and I'm trying to start simple.
I think I've followed the directions on the Extensions page
(http://xml.apache.org/fop/extensions.html), but something
is still missing or incorrect.
I'm using JDK build 1.4.0-beta3-b84 with Fop0.20.2 on

The keep-with stuff is only implemented for tables. And I'm not sure
that all of it really is. Try wrapping your block in simple tables and
specify the keep-with attributes on the table-row. I've sucessfully used
keep-with-previous=always and keep-with-next=always on table-row.

If you're running on Windows you might have the same problem I had
when I first upgraded to JDK 1.4. I even hand edited the registry,
explicitly set CLASSPATH and PATH environment variables, and
could not get the code to work.
