Hi Tore,

Great, I checked it again too (without the hack I had put in..) and it
works. The table bug reported was actually fixed already, but I was
seeing a kind of empty row on the top of last page which is now gone.
How nice when we can make bugs go away!

Oops, I just realized I commented out my hack, but didn't save before
building. In fact the empty table row is still there. Can't win 'em
all.
