batch transition resolved+wontfix to closed+wontfix; if you believe this
remains a bug and can demonstrate it with appropriate input FO file and output
PDF file (as applicable), then you may reopen

I have no trouble running the attached example code with FOP 0.20.5, JDK 
1.4.2_08 and my SVG test files. Maybe you could attach the file that you used 
in your tests. The SVG file from your earlier bug entry is not valid SVG so 
you would have gotten a different error message:
"The current document is unable to create an element of the requested type 
(namespace: http://www.w3.org/2000/svg, name: menu)."
