    Resolution: Fixed

A partial implementation has been committed in [rev. 
1562429|http://svn.apache.org/r1562429].

The main properties that have been left unimplemented are:
* borders and padding
* keeps
* reference-orientation
* writing-mode

Closing this issue, more specialized issues can be opened as necessary.
