The fact that the footnote-body is moved to the next page is in itself not an 
error, this may happen if 
there is not enough space left on the current page. Undesirable, maybe, but 
compliant nonetheless...

Thanks for supplying the testcase, but from where I'm sitting, this simply 
looks like a case of the first 
footnote being moved partly to the next page. There is no requirement in this 
case to repeat the marker, I 
believe.
