Hi

I have attached nocolumns.xml XSL FO. It includes a page 
flow with a simple table that has 100% fixed width.

Inside are 3 rows with 2 cells each. Note that there are
no fo:table-column elements inside (afaik that shouldn't
be necessary).

in the resulting PDF the first column gets 100% of the
table width, the second column 'sits' on the right 
reaching out of the page. The table is basically 
"100%+width of second column's content" wide.

Consider 2nd document withcolumns.xml - this XSLFO has
two fo:table-column elements inside the table and
renders fine... the 100% width of the table is equally
distributed amongst the two columns.

Shouldn't both cases have the same end-result?
