A commandline as

fop-0.94/fop -xml foo.xml -xsl foo.xsl -pdf foo.pdf

produces the usage text and aborts with

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error creating InputHandler object.

(CommandLineOptions.java:165)

(Same commandline is working in 0.93.)
