Instead of spending your energy with threatening with legal action (that
doesn't impress us at all) you should have a look at

Les,

It seems to me to be a waste of money to get a lawyer to remove you from
the list. Why don't you just do it yourself? Most lawyers wouldn't know
how to go about it anyway.
