When committing patches submitted by contributors, you must put their
names in the commit message. See also
http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#applying-patches

I reckon the email address is not all that necessary since it can easily
be retrieved from the Bugzilla entry (just my opinion), however the name
should appear.
