Whoop! I submitted my comments for the Compliance page instead of the Forrest skinconf.xml file. The changes involved enabling a link to the XML, adding an image to all external link references, enabling COMPLIANCE badges w links to HTML & CSS, and enabling the Font Adjustment JavaScript.
