Implementation of reference-orientation and the ability to put rotated text

I am trying to put writing that is rotated down the margin of a document - the content of the text is being picked up from a marker. It seems the reference-orientation attribute is ideal for this. Is this implemented at all, or any plans to do so? If it is not implemented, is there any other

Hi @ all! I'm using FOP version 0.20.5 and set the attribute reference-orientation in my stylesheet. While parsing I get the message [ERROR] property - reference-orientation is not implemented yet. Have I to set my page-height and page-width every time so that my orientation fits
